We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We are in-network with Delta Dental, TriCare United Concordia and Metlife. We accept most other plans as an out of network provider. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.

Please note, we have our own in office membership plan and accept Sunbit and CareCredit as financing options.
